Sydney | Arrival

SYDNEY.

I have moved to Sydney for a little while.

I am blown away by the landmarks. I am also blown away at how incredibly easy it is to get lost. I have been here four day's and have found myself getting lost every time I leave the house.

I am working here in Sydney, and started on Monday. I haven't had a chance to find my feet or my bearings - but finding different ways to get places is exciting. Catching a ferry in the morning and seeing the Harbour Bridge and all the houses is an incredible experience.

Although in this short amount of time, I have found two places that I really love -

Kitchen By Mike and Coco Chocolate.

If you have a chance, try the Ginger and Rose Milk chocolate at Coco Chocolate - and a homemade hot chocolate. The people are lovely and the chocolate is amazing. Obviously.

KOMBUCHA

The woman I am living with, Robyn (who is an incredible and enlightening woman), showed me how to make her Homemade Kombucha. This is a weekly ritual and is always done on a Sunday. It was so interesting to see the process. Kombucha also taste amazing - Robyn's does anyway. Can't say that I have tried any other.

Designer | E L L E R Y

KYM ELLERY

Ellery is incredibly inspiring to me.

Not just the brand, but Kym herself.

Kym's creation's are something out of this world. Her collection's consist of a high level of sophistication, but the designs themselves are so playful, powerful and utterly feminine. Well known for her use of 'flare', she always seems to bring her creations to another level. I am amazed by what she does and how far she has come.

Her designs illustrate a deeper beauty, a stray from tradition and a whole lot of ambition.

I can't wait until I can finally see the documentary, Premiere: A Documentary of Kym Ellery in Paris, by Patrick Pearse!
